My complaint:

I purchased two necklaces from a seller. I received them. I went back to sellers store and purchased two matching bracelets (clearly bracelets) in the picture. Instead I received two more necklaces. Seller wouldn’t help me. He keeps trying to get me to communicate over what’s app.
I have supplied pictures to prove I only received necklaces, no bracelets (i gave one necklace as a gift but gave taken a picture of the remaining three he Klages to prove i have only received necklaces, not bracelets) I asked for a $104.78 refund (seller also charged over $50 for shipping)!!!. I really just want the bracelets. I do not understand why my dispute was closed. I cannot reach DHgate to talk or chat to anyone. Very poor service here.
