My complaint:

I purchased a dress after I was promised it would arrive in 3 weeks and material of dress. Immediately after paying shippment says in 5 weeks . I immediately cancel my order and request a refund. They never respond till days later saying refund refused item processed. I receive the dress not at all like the picture and not the material I was told. The dress was terrible. Dangling thread and beads so narrow at the ankles I couldnt walk and it was supposed to be knee length. Repeated requests for a refund ignored. Weeks later I’m given an address to return and find it will cost me 62 dollars plus customs. I asked for a paid return label a full refund or at least send the dress I originally picked on the picture. Response was click on dispute within 5 days or seller will be paid. But my account still says waiting for delivery ation so does not enable me to dispute. I want ALL my money back asap as this is beyond stressful. Very rude and bad customer service.

Suggested solution:

Grant a full refund
Provide a paid return label and then refund total amount without further subtractions
