My complaint:

I placed an order on 101720 in the amount of $101.29. I still haven t recieved the order so i have been talking to the seller for over two weeks now. On 103130 my card was charged for $414.95 and when i looked up my email it stated it was a person trying to use my card from your site through paypal. Good thing my international button was off so it got denied. The seller was very rude and did nothing but argue and i told him i wanted the order canceled and i wanted a full refund. Thats the least you could do for all this trouble i had to go through my bank switch cards and alot of hassle. He threatened me everyday to remove the dispute from your page and i refused because nothing was being done. I sent him a message on 11720 stating that i was turning this into corporate and if i didnt get a refund or some type of deal i was contacting my lawyer because im being scammed. Hes offered me $8 off my bill and i said no way. I asked if he could take half of the amount off from the $101.29 and i would keep bith pairs of shoes for all the inconvenience im being put through and he refused. So when i get the shoes i will be returning them for a full refund. I went online to check my messages today and he had totally erased all our conversations and messages and even erased my purchase history and that is totally unexceptable. I work in customer service and would never treat a customer that way. So im going this route and if i dont get an answer or response than i have no other choice but to let the embassy know about this and i will be contacting my lawyer reguarding this issue.. I wld appreciate a response on what you are gonna do…Thank you.
