My complaint:
I need my refund 150$, I have bought a jacket 4 months ago. The jacket considered not for human beings because of extremely low quality. I got an agreement from the seller that I will receive my money back once he received his product. I sent jacket from my own and he claimed for not receiving even I got a ation from the cargo company that he has received the parcel.
I was keeping for refund through daily communication with the customer service and the seller at the same time.
DHGate and the seller kept telling false information, false promise and false solution.
The customer service claimed that they completed the refund process, in the same time the seller tao2020888 says that the money with DHGate and DHGate says the money is with tao2020888.
They even didn’t consider my beg because of my emergency situation, because of my brother’s life in danger and need an emergency operation and 150$ will aid my family
Suggested solution:
Get my money back ASAP.
Conduct my case to ALL people to avoid repeating scam.
