My complaint:

I ordered and paid for a bag on 9th August but the order has still not been processed. I’ve been sending messages to the seller since 16th Aug but not one reply.

I’ve tried to contact customer service on 2 occasions, since 22 Aug, but the computer doesn’t understand what I’m talking about.

Suggested solution:

As its gone way beyond my arrival expectations i've lost all confidence in the seller. I want a full refund and cancel my order.
