My complaint:
We discussed for a long time to be clear on what I wanted to order.
I made my payment and a few days later which is today they send me photos of the bags I ordered in bags instead of the boxes that I asked for stating that they forgot to tell me about the extra fees for shipping and telling me about the weight and that they are not able to really send the boxes for the bags to come in after I payed for the bags, boxes and everything
Suggested solution:
Send me everything I payed for. Below is one photo as I was not able to add the other photo with my complete order of bags. All of these bags are supposed to come with the boxes of their kind and the packaging.
