My complaint:

I ordered an item worth hundreds of pounds and the seller provided an incorrect shipping number. My item was never delivered. After opening a dispute it was concluded that I would receive a refund on 30th December. The refund should have been processed within 2 business days. It is not February 17th and I still have not received my refund.

Suggested solution:

They should send a full refund immediately.
