My complaint:
I ordered runners from a shop on DHgate on September 6th (2020) and they have still not arrived, I’ve been in contact with the seller and he told me to open a dispute so that he can refund me (march2021), however because it was over 60 days the seller received my money and the purchase has closed so I am unable to open a dispute
