My complaint:
I got separated from the military back in March of 2022, somehow when I’m separating, they say I was erroneously promoted to 1LT back in December 2020. No one has ever said anything or correct me on my rank. so instead of me getting paid out for my leave dates which was 60 days because that is the most finance will pay you for. Finance kept that total amount. Now its November 2022 and I get a bill saying I owe a remainder $5,808.95. Im calling finance and DFAS and both are telling me to call the other person. No one can give an exact answer on why I owe this much and how the total is $22,000 from what finance told me on the phone.
