My complaint:

The customer service rep who took my call talked to me with a bad attitude and said things that made me feel stupid rather than being helpful to resolve the issue.

Suggested solution:

Let the customer service rep know about her attitude and tone of voice issue. Provide better service in the future rather than getting impatient and sounding annoyed at the customer.
