My complaint:
Upon arrival on August 26, 2021, around 7:10 am when going through security getting carry on luggage to be scanned the person there said to put the bag in a tub and when I was unable to do it quick enough again, he stated to hurry up and but the bag in the tub this was done. I went through the human check point and waited for my bag, something happen and it got stuck in the x-ray machine and they were pulling and pushing on it, taking it out and then sending it through again for the second time, the same thing happen again and it was sent through a third time. The third time it went through when I got it and set it on the floor 3 of the 4 wheels were bent in and it could not stand up or roll. I let the lady know that they broke my bag she was very rude and said We did not break your bag that is how it is I said really, I carried this suitcase all the way to here to say you broke it. She then told me to just go on. I asked to speak to someone they came over, and they looked at the footage and gave me a card and said to call it in. My trip was very difficult having to carry the bag everywhere I am old and unable to carry this around.

While traveling from The Westin Hotel in the airport, we stopped at CARIBOU coffee before boarding. The coffee was about 140 degrees which was a frightening temperature as we had luggage to handle. Also the attendant nearby (terminal A) who was responsible for cleaning and picking up after the tables, accosted me when I left a bag on the table.
