My complaint:
My order was incomplete, upon arriving home my order was missing pancakes, extra veggies and it was just a mess. I told the cashier I wanted grits not hash rounds, when I called the manager argued with me that this is what I ordered, I’m no dummy I know what I ordered and if they no longer served grits I should’ve been notified of this. The manager told me there was nothing he could do other than when I pass back through he could correct my order. I live almost 100 miles away from there. This is what I told him and he said it’s out of his hands and I couldn’t get a refund. I was like wow really.
Suggested solution:
Just refund my $14.06 and I will be satisfied.
