My complaint:
I waited for my order, my order wasn’t right, so I asked the cashier how to substitute my order. INstead of helping me first, since I was the first in line, she decided to help other who were behind me, because she was more worried and panicking about the people that were already waiting. I wouldn’t have minded it so much, if I wasn’t on a time limit, but I was because I only had a half in order lunch. I did point this out to the cashier that I should be helped first, since I was there first, but she didn’t care. She just kept telling me to be patient, but I couldn’t because I was on a half an hour lunch. I was so mad, I just left.
Suggested solution:
The lady should have helped me first, got my order out of the way, then everything would have been alright, but she did not want to do this. Very bad customer service. It was the Denny\'s restuarant on Bercut Dr in Sacramento CA
