My complaint:
Below is a letter I received from Delta Airlines
Not only did they delay our flight just a few hours, they delayed it an entire day.
Because of this I had to book another night at the hotel at a cost of $450.00 plus change the airport transfer at a cost of $20.00. For a total of $470.00 which I feel delta should reimburse me these additional charges.
