My complaint:

I used miles to upgrade to Comfort seats on the longest leg of my trip. I had to change the flight to the exact same flight one day earlier. I was not allowed to select Comfort seats on the new flight because seats upgraded with miles are considered nonrefundable. Delta promises it allows changes without fees, but makes me forfeit miles used to upgrade. That seems very unreasonable since the flight was exactly the same, many Comfort seats were still available, It is unfair
Reservation numbers HH61V7 and HB5U8K. I had to book separate tickets in order to use miles from each person’s account.

Suggested solution:

Delta should assign me and my spouse Comfort seats on the Seattle to Atlanta leg of my trip on August 11, 2022.
