My complaint:
I LOVE my coffee machine, it makes GREAT COFFEE when it works…. I have had it just over a year and you have had it for two of those 12 months and I am sending it back today… and really angry that you make a $500 coffee maker that is broken again, with the same issue… nothing about this makes me happy, nothing makes me feel valued… or that I will ever again buy a DeLonghi as something has gone very wrong with the top notch quality I was used to for years…. 224-453-8007, I hope you can figure this out and make me a happy customer….
Suggested solution:
Give me a new machine, delivered in a couple of days, keeping the old one. Get it delivered to me quickly and stand behind it or give me a similar machine that has a better reputation for not being as problematic…. Please….
