Deliveroo complaint: Failure to Deliver Order email from Deliveroo to Rider

My complaint:

I am a Deliveroo rider. Deliveroo send me an email mentioning a customer complaining that they did not receive the order marked as delivered.
Deliveroo has a system in place, where we need to send notifications to the customer, give them a phone call, and even after all this, we need to take a picture of the package as to where we left it and send it to the customer.
Even after following all these steps, the customer still complains they did not receive the order which is marked as delivered.
When I tried to contact Deliveroo to find out more about the order in question, Deliveroo does not provide any information about this.
Should Deliveroo not give us the details about this complaint and give us the chance to prove our innocence?
This is an injustice to us, as Riders…

Suggested solution:

Provide the riders with all the information about the order in question and listen to our side of the story, not just the customer.
The customer is not always right.
