DAZN complaint: Continuously charged even after cancellation

My complaint:

Purchased the canelo vs plant fight last November. Didn’t work, so I cancelled my membership. Was still charged the following months. When I contacted them the first time they said it was already cancelled. Come the next month I was charged again. I reached out and told them another time where they told me it wasn’t on their end but apples end I will have to cancel my subscription there. When I called apple and checked my subscriptions there was no DAZN subscription and the apple rep told me it wasn’t on their end but DAZN. The next time I tried contacting them I couldn’t get in touch with a rep on the chat as the cue was about 50 people deep. I finally got it resolved after being charged again, and come to find out they had placed my credit card under a different account where it was still being charged since November 2021. Exactly a year ago. Come to find out they wouldn’t refund me, only for the past month, then I got a statement saying how it’s my responsibility to cancel subscriptions. Absolute waste of money, and a horrible business. No PPV fights ever work, and your subscription doesn’t include the PPV fights which is extra.

Suggested solution:

By refunding my total amount being charged monthly after contacting them multiple times regarding this issue and was given the run around. If I could give 0 stars I would. Working for a data security company they are responsible for maintaining and securing our data, not putting my credit card on someone else’s account.
