My complaint:
Dear Sir or madam,
I wish to draw to you attention poor service at Newbury Day Lewis. Today I have literally been on the telephone on and off for 2 hours trying to connect and see if my prescription can be made up from my Doctors. I run out today and this matter is urgent. This always happens and it is not good enough and is making me consider changing pharmacist.
