My complaint:

I went into the pharmacy at 3 o’clock to 4:00 pm to pick up my medication only need to be told it wasn’t ready for collection and to take a seat, at which time I informed the lady that I had a prior appointment somewhere and I couldn’t wait, she then offered to put the medication in the machine and send me a code as they normally do every week, unfortunately, I was not given a code for the machine, so therefore I have been without medication the medication that I take is diazepam dihydrocodeine and trazodone, I am confined to a Wheelchair prescribed. I have 250 seizures every day and this has been happening every single week for the past three months.
I am requesting an audience with the manager asap to explain themselves, or to give me a reason why this is happening so that we could rectify as it is putting me under increasing amounts of distress
May I also remind you that you have by law of duty of care to me, if you found me again, you will leave me no option but to seek legal advice in this matter

Suggested solution:

Don’t leave a patient without medication, especially when it’s controlled medication I don’t like having to go to the street to get my medication, if you promise to put it in the machine and give someone a code then you should do what you say and don’t leave people hanging without medication. This can cause society and other services problems.
