My complaint:

Received two gift cards ($250 each), tried to place an order December 26. Tried to complete order numerous times- “URL not found”. Then, gift cards showed balance used. Proceeded to call customer service 4-5 times over the week. Spoke to numerous people, assuring that cards would be reloaded. Now, January 6- cards still showing no balance. Called three times tonight and once this morning. Was disconnected 24 times. Gift cards still show no balance. I’m frustrated at this point, as I have emailed and spoke to many representatives to no avail.

Suggested solution:

Let me order easily, like every other online shopping experience I encounter. I’d like a credit for all the time I’ve used trying to fix this mistake they have made.
