My complaint:
David Yurman listed and showed pictures of rings which had various precious stones priced at $50 each, originally selling for much more on an on line sale before Thanksgiving. I purchased two rings: A sized 5 12 emerald cut tanzanite with a silver band and a size 7 emerald cut aqua marine with a silver band.
What I got was nothing like I ordered! – two of the same ring, no large stone, little yellow stones mixed in the band with rind stones. In fact, I never saw that ring when I was looking. It was a complete scam! $100.00 down the drain! I was duped. It came in a package with no address to return, no number to call, no contact information!! Help!!
Suggested solution:
Give me the rings I ordered now. It\'s a Christmas present!
