My complaint:
direct express allowed a fraud by allowing a fraudster to steel $8000. of my social security funds.
Suggested solution:
Pay me back all $8000 which was stolen from me. Direct Express has admited and told me it would be resolved in 48 hours that was 2 weeks ago.
