My complaint:
They ignore my calls and text and do not address my issues with the grass and bulk trash. I am disabled and can only do so much. I do not want the city code compliance giving me another ticket because they are not being compliant.
Suggested solution:
Come mow my yard and put out bulk trash. I have requesred this since 5 months ago and every time they say we will look into it, but they have not been out since last summer. This services are available to the disabled and the elderly and I am on the program. I don\'t want them putting me off anymore, which is what they do all the time. 214-422-3406 I have contacted mr lorenzo and mrs Gardner and they both ignore my calls.
