My complaint:
I was a former cashier at this dairy Queen and I requested for a transfer due to the fact that the manager constantly shows her favoritism she talks about crew members to other crew members and shares personal information to. I asked if I could speak with her and she blankly ignored me. There are times when there would be inappropriate touching and conversations that I commented that I had nothing to do with it so then I was basically labeled as an outcast. There is many other issues that was the cause of my walking out that is better explained verbally.
Suggested solution:
I wanted to keep my job due to the fact that I have bills and I need to work I was in the middle of being transferred to another store before it happened
