My complaint:
I have watched the managers(all of them) treat the employees like children. Openly punishing them by making the OT or MT every shift if they misbehave. This isn’t high school and one would think a franchise that’s been around as long as you have would have better working standards. Address this issue or we will take it up with the EEOC and labor board.Every mngr needs fired at this one.
Suggested solution:
Retrain the managers at this one or send them all home. Parents are fixing to come in on them as well.
