My complaint:
DAEOC assigned a contractor to perform roofing replacement that was not registered at the time job was active and showed negligence for homeowner by not obtaining proper building permit to insure that the quality of work was professional. Bypassed legit steps by not allowing city officials to inspect the job. Contractor and DAEOC showed poor supervision and workmanship as well as lack of empathy for the health and physical safety of the disabled and medically aspirated senior homeowner.
Suggested solution:
The complaint should be resolved by there being accountability and disciplinary actions taken in this case as well as funds fully allocated to complete repairs the correct way.
