My complaint:
today I tried to call pham. to see if rx came in as they had to order –4 calls to pham about 50 min. wait time and no one answered..
I just returned from store without rx because there was a hold on it, 6 persons in line to check whyhold.. I already waited behind 5 persons to get rx this is all too much. I will transfer all my rx to publix
Suggested solution:
answer phones ,have more people to service customers in line.
