My complaint:
I went into your store located in this city on Main Street at approximately 1100 after purchasing 84.00 in gas stood in line with my coffee waiting to pay for my coffee when I looked to my left and noticed the bathrooms were blocked off. I asked the clerks Both, why is the bathroom blocked I have to go badly she said they are not open to the public! I kindly explained I am disabled and have to urinate she did they are not open to the public again! I asked her would it make a difference it I’m a retired police I can show you my credentials ? Again she said the bathrooms are closed to public! I then said no where do you have and signage, You take my money for fuel but can’t accommodate a person in personal need. Again she said the bathrooms are not for the public and said “next customer”! I had to go down to the Stewart and use their bathroom without incident and I bought nothing there and I have always enjoyed your coffee and business but I will never ever step foot in your establishment again. I will forward this complaint if I don’t hear from you. Mike mccarty
