My complaint:

We, my partner and I, used the drive through at this location on 492022 to order a large order of chicken tenders (12.99). when we arrived at the window, we explained to the young boy that on the previous week we never received an order of french fries with our order, could you please apply the difference to this order. He said that he would ask, No that couldn’t be done, We didn’t need the fries could we have a small shake. That was agreed apon by another young women who we assume was the evening manager, person 2!!!! We go to pay our order which is now 14.99, and an older women in her 50’s comes to the window rings this up. We explain to her that the shake is a replacement for the fries we never received, and she proceeds to berate my partner ,telling us she is tired of whom she referred to as Papa Bear coming through asking for free food and discounts!!! We never saw that women ever!!! I went into the dining area and asked to speak with her and when I did she insisted she was right in her assumption!!! He was their so called Papa Bear. Now i’m very upset, and now the 2nd young girl refunds my money asking me to leave, because I am in her words, acting crazy!! We never saw the older women before,do not know who she thought my partner was, but certainly not a thief!! I work for Detroit Metro Airport in customer service, am 70 yrs of age, and can more then afford to pay for my food!!! If I ever treated my passengers as we were treated, I would be escorted out the back door!!! And what is even more embarrassing is that my partner grew up in that area, who knows who might of over heard !! Something need to be said to that older women, and the rest of the crew. My partner was very upset!! We ask nothing more than for the Franchise owner, Gerry Olinik to speak to that women and make her understand what she has done. Thanks for hearing me out !!!

Suggested solution:

Please have the Franchise owner speak to the woman involved, and also the rest of the crew members immediately. They need customer service training!!
