My complaint:
I’ve placed an order in October 2022 for £344.25 and I’ve received the delivery where many items were missing and box was damaged and wet. I’ve puppies all the pictures and driver also took POD picture that you can see sate of the box and that it was all open and damaged. I’ve sent this all back and was promised the full refund and every time I ask about my refund they just say it will be with me 3-5 working days and it’s been since October 2022
I’ve got 112 screenshots of the correspondence between me and the company about this issue and I’ve supplied all the pictures to them.
Suggested solution:
Give me the refund back as I do not have their goods.
