My complaint:
I transferred £250 last Wednesday 14042021 to crypto.com account as per their email to me and it still has not appeared in my fiat wallet on their app. I have chased and chased but just keep getting stupid responses asking if my issue had been resolved and that they will no close the correspondence
Suggested solution:
I would like the money to appear in my Fiat wallet on their app or for it to be returned to me please
