My complaint:
Its been 2 days now and still i cant access my own coins. Amount is still reflecting but kept having a message error insufficient funds. I explained to them that urgently needed the funds since yesterday morning but they were just circling around using the same reason for 2 days that security team is still working on it. Im asking for explanation and they can’t provide me a decent or valid reason why they suddenly removed my access to my coins. All verification procedures were done already prior to this incident. Couple of times been verified whenever they asked to provide documents from me
Suggested solution:
They should be straight forward and honest to their customer. And should not taking too long to fix the problem. dont make your customer think that you guys stole their investment thats been entrusted by your customer.
