My complaint:
I started the process to get the visa card of crypto.com , they shipped my card almost after 3 months and i haven’t received my card, they are saying it’s lost in courier, i changed my address after i applied now they are asking for 50€ for reissuing card. I haven’t received card, they are making mistake and why should I pay?
Suggested solution:
Simple, just delivere my card, to old address or new address.
