My complaint:
i asked them on the 24th to adjust a number on my nft cause i didnt remember login for current account the guy that messed up changing the numbers put the wrong one on the account i gave the right number to put on for now it is 1112023 not counting the saturdays and sundays it has been 14 going on 15 days and i comply and send them the picture of me holding the paper up with my name and date and the code they give, today i even sent a picture of me holding my Drivers license with timestamp and location. because i dont understand if im KYC verified and i do what they ask why cant they solve the problem as quick as they messed it up all i want now is my crypto sent to Binance.US
Suggested solution:
either send me a form till sign i will do it on cam holding the dumb paper with name and date on it and code along with drivers license, so they can send my money to my Binance.US account or provide me access back to my account which ive proven is mine multiple times or lastly fix the number like they should have done 14 days going on 15 not counting saturday and sunday
