My complaint:
I ordered a party box for a bday the following day. I had an 8:10pm delivery and I didn’t make it home in time from work to receive the delivery. They left it on the ground outside of my door. By the time I got home (within the hour), the box was filled with tiny ants. Their boxes, I’ve just learned, are not fully sealed (only a tiny sticker on the front) and the cookies are not individually wrapped inside the horribly sealed box. $56 down the drain. No birthday treat for the person the next morning. Contaminated cookies. Horrible experience. Horrible business to delivery and leave food like that outside. Package your food better or you are going to get people sick. I’m a first time customer who is now a last time customer.
Suggested solution:
I should not have to pay for all those ants to eat dinner. I want my money back.
