My complaint:
Was decorating house put watered down crown matt emulsion on freshly plastered walls then put vinyl silk ontop it has bubbled and came off like strips wallpaper have videos and photos had to wash walls down back to plaster has taken four days as it was in couple of rooms
Suggested solution:
We would like refund for paint and compensation for time wasted as we now have to buy more emulsion and basically start again from scratch and pay decorator again which cost us £400 up to now
