My complaint:
Bought 40 litres of crown emulsion for a customer at homebase in fulbourne rd E17,he contacted me the other day to say that the tenent had complained that the paint on the walls was powdery and getting on her clothes when she brushed past it, obviously I bought your paint in good faith as it is a well known product, I feel obligated as I done the job,but it’s the paint that’s the problem, would appreciate it if you could give this your attention and get back to me thanks
Suggested solution:
Need a proper solution as the client wants answers, need to be reimbursed for the cost of paint
