My complaint:
A dangerous person is employed at this location. The busserdishwasher Damian at store 129 carries multiple (4-7) knives on his person and will threaten his coworkers’ jobs if he doesn’t get his way. Recently, employees lost their jobs because a shift leader would not have sexual relations with him. This compromises the store’s success, and I firmly believe this isn’t somebody you want representing your company.
Suggested solution:
Terminate the employment of Damian Smith to ensure the safety of other employees.
