My complaint:
I love the Thursday special- the turkey and dressing. The food is always cold and I have to send it back to be heated up. Cooked food should be hot. It’s never even warm.
Suggested solution:
Make sure the food is hot. A cooked meal is suppose to be hot. Talk to your cooks.
