Cracker Barrel complaint: Cold Food

My complaint:

I placed a to go order and select curbside pickup. I got there clicked the link to tell them I was there, fill out the information, the color, make and model of my car. They said flash my light and all. I set there and my food did not come out. 15 mins. I decided to go in and told the waitress that I had a to go order. She pointed and said that it is over there at pick up and there was my food getting cold. Everybody seems so nonchalant.

Suggested solution:

Get me hot food. I will not be doing curbside anymore. Microwave breakfast does not do right. Sought of disappointed. Had a taste for pancakes.
