My complaint:
I ordered in Oct 2023 and never received my order. I have emailed with multiple people and no one can help. They just send repeat emails, misleading offers of refund or coupons. Just a complete run around. It’s now February and still nothing.
Suggested solution:
I would like a refund for full amount minus shipping.
