My complaint:

I had an air fryer that was part of a recall recall. I filled out all the documents, submitted my photos amd they required the cords to be cut in order to get a bew product and was told i was getting a new air fryer and got to pick what i wanted. I was emailed a tracking number 50 days ago and still have not recieved my new product!! I have called several times and have been told that they were waiting on fed ex to pick it up and another time that it was on back order that i would recieve it the end of May. Here we are June 7 amd i am STILL waiting on my product. 50 days is rediculous!! I was told when this recall started it would take 6-8 weeks to get my new one and we are going on month 5 now!! I want to know what is going on and when i will recieve my product or send me my money back for the original that ya’ll made me destroy in order to file for the recall!! I feel like i was scammed, My utility bill has gone up because i have to use my stove and oven daily now. They need to get it figured out and ship my new product AND/OR give me my money back for the recalled product. Printing a shipping label andetting it sit there for 50 days is not acceptable.

Suggested solution:

Ship my upgraded replacement AND/OR give me my money back for the recalled product.
