My complaint:
I have filled online for for recall of my recalled COSORI Air Fryer. I have talked to them on their phone at least twice and have filled out and sent photos 3 times. The last problem was the pictures didn’t show the cut cord on all 3 photos.
The pictures clearly show the cut cord on all 3 photos. It seems impossible to get a new Air Fryer. I have had 5 emails from COSORI! I don’t think they want you to get a new one. It’s impossible to do it! I have spent considerable time on this! It really is probably not worth the time, but I am so upset about it!
Suggested solution:
Give me the replacement they say I can receive!
