Following 5 futile attempts to contact this company they respond with a e-mail that is impossible to respond to.
Received conformation of purchase, received a ‘its on its way’ e-mail but no further information or product
Suggested solution:
They should respond with details of my purchase or offer a full refund without shipping costs added
