My complaint:
Item does not fit even though it’s advertised as fits all
Trying to contact company is practically impossible, they have no return address,no telephone you can ring,
All I’ve had is a dodgy looking email asking what code my product falls under to describe what’s wrong with it
Also saying I would have to pay shipping to China then wait for a refund (which I would not hold out much hope of getting) you get the feeling it’s a dodgy company
Suggested solution:
Simple...a refund
