My complaint:
They have removed funds from my account and they are not replying since last 15 days, my account has 6600 $ and this is all i got as im a middle class person and requested so many times to help me get back my funds
Suggested solution:
i am able to login into my account but cant see funds in my account, tell them to just resolve my wallet and get me back my funds
Hey, did they fix your problem? I have problems with transaction where I sold Mina but didnt get BTC… basically money disappeared.
