My complaint:

I hope my email finds you well.

I have sent an email over 2 weeks ago as I was unable to access my account, but since then a number of other things have happened that might be able to explain the reason.

I suspect my email account has been compromised and not only all my emails are gone, but I am now unable to log into my account as well.
I did of course escalate the issue to the email provider, but my concern is my assets on Coinlist as my email address was the one registered with Coinlist and it was connected to the 2FA code as well.
On the 6th of October I received an email from Coinlist about my account has been denied and I did not understand why or what happened.
I have already emailed the Coinlist team to seek clarification and straighten out whatever got tangled up and now waiting for a reply.
Unfortunately, as of right now I cannot even access my inbox anymore so will not be able to read anything the Team responds to me.

Please kindly advise me on how we can go about sorting this issue out as I am very concerned about what happened and for my assets that I cannot access right now.
I am very happy to provide Coinlist whatever documents or details required to verify my identity and ownership of the account in question.

Reinstate account with my assets.
