Complaint: No support for over a month to access my account

My complaint:

For almost a month I have tried every way including tweeting Bob Ras (coinfield CEO), Reza Bashash (CTO), System [email protected] and @coinFieldEX.
All of these AFTER going through the process of their Customer services. They gave me ‘ ticket numbers ‘ promised a reply from the team but Nothing!

All my personal information, my Passport, My Mobile number and My email account had been hacked so I had to change everything with everyone and purchase a new Passport.
I obviously know all my old details but I can no longer access them.
ALL other companies have been Very helpful BUT coinField have not and some of my hard earned money is in my Account with them.

I am now filing a complaint with to warn others and try to get help

Suggested solution:

I need them to update my email address and mobile number.
I am unable to use my old details as a link as I am no longer able to access them

I have the same problem they just froze my crypto cant send and when they answered my email with a fake name, they said theres a prob and it will be solved and since no answer its a pure Scam as QuadrigaCx did in the past
