My complaint:
On 1-24-22 I purchased some bitcoin through Coinbase. I recorded that I made one $1000 purchase, Coinbase ed that transaction on 1-28-22. I later noticed THREE debits to my checking account with the Navy Federl Credit Union. I challenged two of them with NFCU. After numerous calls and other contacts with Coinbase I was able to get my transaction history which shows two $1000 transactions on 1-24-22. Prior to this I sold l my bitcoins. At that time there was still a cash balance of approximately $1900 in my account.
Suggested solution:
Explain why THREE $1000 withdrawals were made from my NFCU account when even by your records only two were authorized.
